You Are Not Less

There is a voice, one that whispers before you even step into the room.

It tells you that you don't belong, that you are not enough, that everyone else has something you don't.

So, you shrink. You adjust. You downplay yourself.
You become the person who laughs off compliments because you don't believe them.
The one who stays quiet even when you have something valuable to say.

And maybe you have convinced yourself that blending in is safer than standing tall. That if no one notices you, no one will see what you lack.

The truth is; you were never less.
Not when you doubted yourself.
Not when you compared yourself.
Not even when you felt invisible.

You are seen.
You are worthy.
And no measure of self-doubt changes that.

So, stand up. Walk in. Speak up.
Because you belong here, too.
